UPWP

The Unified Planning Work Program (UPWP) gives a general overview of the planning process and a description of the planned work program for the coming fiscal year.

Transportation Improvement Program

Every TIP contains a prioritized list of all proposed highway, street, transit, airport, and public utility projects in the metropolitan area for a three-year period, along with funding estimates for the implementation of those programs.

Master Transportation Plan

Meet Connect 2045: The Cheyenne area’s new Long Range Transportation Plan (LRTP) for all modes of travel, including car, bike, pedestrian, transit, and freight. Connect 2045 identifies transportation investments necessary for Cheyenne / Laramie County to thrive for the next 25 years.

Public Participation Plan

The Public Participation Plan (PPP) is intended to provide direction for public involvement activities to be conducted by the MPO and contains the policies, goals, objectives, and techniques that may be used by the MPO for public involvement.

Master Agreement

The Master Agreement between Wyoming Department of Transportation (WYDOT) and Cheyenne Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) defines roles, responsibilities, and procedures for cooperative transportation planning, funding, and data sharing in compliance with federal and state requirements.
