Summary of Project

This study extends from the Intersection of US-30 to Christensen Road along East Pershing Boulevard, as highlighted on the map.

Increased residential and industrial development within the immediate vicinity, as well as the recent extension of Christensen Road from US 30 to the Campstool Road Interchange, has directly impacted how those in the community use the East Pershing Boulevard corridor. 

Based on these changes, it’s time to provide a new vision for the future of the corridor that meets our community’s needs!

Project Objective

This project will undertake a comprehensive review of the current and future traffic demands, as well as the needs of non-motorized users along the corridor.

Project Goals

The final goal of this project is to develop a conceptual design for the future of East Pershing Boulevard that meets the needs and desires of the community. 

There is currently no estimated timeline for the final design and implementation of the outcomes of this plan.
