High Plains Road

The preliminary road corridor plan for the future High Plains Road was recently completed and adopted by the Laramie County Planning Commission and the MPO Policy Committee. This Plan amends the Cheyenne area’s Master Transportation Plan. As the need develops for this road to be built by private or public investment, the alignment will already be decided and construction can build upon the Plan.
