Cheyenne MPO Policy Committee member Jay Gould received a Distinguished Service Award from Mayor Rick Kaysen, County Commissioner Diane Humphrey and Tom Mason, the MPO Director on June 28, 2011 expressing appreciation for Jay's sixteen years of service as the WYDOT District Engineer Representative on the MPO Policy Committee. Adding Jay's service with the recently retired County Commission member, Jeff Ketcham, together they totaled 30 years of MPO experience. The MPO wishes Jay a happy retirement.
