The Neighborhood Traffic Management Program
The Neighborhood Traffic Management Program is a policy
for the City of Cheyenne to follow when evaluating neighborhood
traffic complaints and requests. The policy will include necessary
criteria, illustrations, explanations, and cost ranges for
various devices or techniques. The policy will address items
such as an appeals process, interference with basic services,
snow removal and other maintenance issues, drainage issues,
potential cost-sharing, acceptable level of traffic diversion,
landscaping, law enforcement, and prioritization.
