East Dell Range/US 30 Corridor Study
This corridor study is a revision and expansion of the Dell Range – College Drive to U.S. 30 & U.S. 30 – College Drive to the Archer Interchange Conceptual Plans that were developed by Benchmark engineering of Cheyenne in September of 2000. This plan was never officially adopted by the City, the County or by WYDOT and much of the information in it is at this point in time out-dated. The area covered by this plan lies on the eastern edge of Cheyenne and has in recent years experienced heavy residential as well as commercial growth. The problems that lead to the initiation of the original study are even more prevalent today, as this growth shows no signs of letting up any time soon.
The study will look at the corridor as a whole, the intersections within the corridor as well as the drainage components within the corridor. The study will take into account the ‘Complete Streets’ concepts and expressly deal with intersection design at Dell Range Blvd and U.S. 30
